STI was formed in 1994 to supply technical contract personnel to Strom Aviation's national engineering and aerospace contracts. Since then, STI had expanded to provide high level engineering, IT, design and management personnel to a variety of industries around the nation. Our client base has grown to include semiconductor, manufacturing, IT consulting, engineering and R&D companies among others. We have also expanded to provide not only contract personnel but also can supply direct hire services for clients as well.
